Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Here are the refund terms for Viscollab subscriptions.

Free Plan

The Free plan is free forever — no payment, hence no refund.

14-Day Guarantee (Pro, Team, Business)

For your first paid-plan purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. Email hello@viscollab.com with subject "Refund" and your account email.

After 14 Days

Beyond 14 days, monthly payments are non-refundable unless there is a billing error or significant Service disruption (>24 hours unscheduled downtime). You can disable auto-renewal anytime — your account stays active until the end of the paid period, then drops to Free.

Service Disruption

If there is unscheduled downtime of more than 24 hours in a billing month, you are entitled to a pro-rata credit on the next invoice or a cash refund. We will proactively contact affected users.

Billing Errors

If you are billed incorrectly (double charge, wrong amount, billing after cancellation), contact us within 60 days. The correction will be processed in full.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account (typically 3-5 business days). Payment gateway fees are not deducted from the refund.

Not Covered

Non-refundable: (a) AI credits already consumed beyond plan quota, (b) plans that were manually renewed after a previous cancellation, (c) requests after 14 days without fault on our side.
