Terms of Service

By accessing or using Viscollab (the "Service") you agree to this document in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Files, images, comments, and any content you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (including AI processing when you click "Summarize" or "Draft AI").

You may not use the Service for: (a) illegal content, copyright infringement, or hate speech; (b) reverse engineering or unauthorized system access; (c) spam or API abuse; (d) activity that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.

Viscollab offers Free, Pro, Team, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD via PayPal. Auto-renews unless canceled before the period ends. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the Service. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice.

You can terminate your account anytime from the billing page. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for potential recovery, then permanently deleted.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to user negligence, or disruptions caused by third parties (cloud providers, payment gateways, AI APIs). Our total liability does not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be settled at the District Court of PT. XESS ONE GLOBAL's domicile.
